Do you offer same-day delivery in Alexandria, Egypt?

Yes. Orders placed before 2 PM on weekdays are delivered the same day within Alexandria. Premium Celebration and Corporate packages include same-day delivery. Everyday Blooms arrives next business day. Weekend and holiday delivery is available at standard rates.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash on delivery, bank transfer, and mobile payment options in Egypt. For corporate accounts, invoicing with net-30 terms is available. Payment is due before or upon delivery for standard orders.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Changes are accepted up to 24 hours before scheduled delivery. Cancellations made 48 hours prior receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours of delivery are subject to a 50 EGP processing fee. Contact us immediately to request changes.

Are there additional costs for Alexandria suburbs?

Delivery within Alexandria city limits is included at the listed price. Suburbs beyond Alexandria may incur a 50–100 EGP delivery surcharge depending on distance. Call us to confirm your exact location and final delivery cost.
